A school for « foster parents » is created in the diocese of Saint Petersburg

The « Tenderness School » for foster parents, opened at the Department for Church Charity and Social Ministry of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg, was presented to the Saint Petersburg Social Policy Committee on August 8. Previously, there was only one similar project in Russia, located in Moscow.
