Metropolitan Emmanuel of France (Patriarchate of Constantinople) arrived in Kyiv on November 15 to help prepare a Unification Council. The Constantinople Patriarchate plans to create a new church in Ukraine through this council, which could be held on November 22, according to some rumors.
