Metropolitan Mark of Ryazan and Mikhailovsk is released from his position as President of the Financial and Economic Administration of the Moscow Patriarchate and is replaced as such by Metropolitan Ignatius of Vologda and Kirillov, who keeps the archpastoral charge of his diocese.
Archbishop Feognost of Sergiev Posad, Vicar of the Patriarch of Moscow, is released from his position as Superior of the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, while remaining a patriarchal vicar with the title of Archbishop of Kashirsky, and President of the Synodal Department for monasteries and monasticism. He and the department above mentioned will reside at the metochion of the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius in Moscow.
Bishop Paramon of Bronnitsy, Vicar of the Patriarch of Moscow, was appointed Superior of the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, with the title of Bishop of Sergiev Posad, and was released from his position as Superior of Donskoy Monastery in Moscow.
Bishop Thomas of Urzhum and Omutninsk was appointed superior of the Donskoy monastery with the title of bishop of Bronnitsy.
The provisional administration of the diocese of Urzhum is entrusted to Metropolitan Mark of Vyatka and Sloboda.
Bishop John of Domodedovo, vicar of the Moscow Patriarchate, is released from his position as superior of Novospassky monastery in Moscow. He is replaced in this function by Bishop Dionisiy of Voskressensk, Vicar of the Patriarch of Moscow.
