“Patriarch Filaret of Kyiv” demands to be commemorated before Metropolitan Epifaniy, the primate of the new Ukrainian autocephalous Church.

The Greek agency Romfea.gr published the facsimile of the following order by “Patriarch Filaret of Kyiv”, dated January 16, 2019:
“In connection with the Unification Council and the election of Metropolitan Epifaniy as the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, blessing is given to commemorate during the services: “His Holiness Patriarch Filaret of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine’, His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and all Ukraine, then the diocesan bishop””.
The document is signed Filaret, “Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine”.
