Feast of the Supraśl Icon of Mother Of God in Poland

August 10 is the feast day of the wonderworking Supraśl Icon of the Mother of God. On that day, many pilgrims go to the Monastery of the Annunciation in Supraśl, North Eastern Poland. On the same day the Smolensk Hodigitria Icon of the Mother of God is celebrated, which highlights the relationships between the Polish province of Podlaskie  and the Russian city of Smolensk, and the connection between both icons.
