“Following the return of the former vicar general of the Greek metropolis of France to his parish in Greece, Bishop Maximos of Melitene, assistant bishop of Metropolitan Emmanuel, will now occupy the vacant post. Metropolitan Emmanuel promoted Bishop Maximos to this administrative position, as a direct and trustworthy collaborator. “
